We’re going to be talking about releasing your stress in simple but effective ways so you can be your best you — still getting stuff done, but happy and relaxed enough to enjoy it too.
Here’s what you can expect:
1.Starting tomorrow, expect each day’s challenge in your inbox around 10am EST. If you miss any part of the challenge, you can always find it on the archive page.
2. All the action and support happens in our Facebook group. Be sure to join so you can participate fully and get support.
3. We’ll be talking about ways to slow down your racing mind, and that can include using a meditation app. You don’t need one to complete the challenge, but if you’d like a little help on the meditation front, download an app today so you’re ready to go tomorrow.
4. Write down 3 things that you enjoy doing just for you. You’ll need this list later.
I personally love Headspace for its simplicity, but some other great ones are Insight Timer and Smiling Mind.
5. We will be talking about caffeine intake. If you don’t already have some, pick up some green tea at the store.
I will be going Live on Facebook every day of the Challenge at 8pm EST.
